Monday, April 28th
Today is the beginning of week 3. To make it a little easier to get the latest, I started this new post. If you would like to review the day by day account of the first 2 weeks or read previous comments, you may view the original post by scrolling down.
Matthew had another really good night with his ICP levels staying low and his temperature remaining close to normal. He had some respiration issues yesterday evening and through the night, but it appears the adjustments made to his respirator have helped and this morning he is breathing normal and his O2 levels are good.
They have cut the sedative dosage in half again, which means he is down to just 12.5% of what he was on a couple of days ago. They should be able to stop it completely later today, although it may still take another day or two to get all of it out of his system.
Tuesday, April 29th
Another good night for Matthew. They have backed him down to 40% Oxygen again and his respiration is still good. We're waiting to see if they take him off the sedatives today. 1PM They've started doing some physical therapy with Matthew today, moving his arms and legs and rotating his shoulders. He's handling it very well, no increase in ICP level. They also did a scan of his legs to make sure there were no blood clots, everything looked fine. They will be taking him off the sedatives within the next hour, so he will only be on pain medication and antibiotics. He's progressing really well as we all expected he would.
Wednesday, April 30th
Matthew's still doing pretty well. He does have a touch of pneumonia and is running a little fever, but nothing too serious. He no longer has the drain tube and his pressure has remained good. He's gradually showing more and more signs of movement and response to external stimulus. We hope today they will perform a tracheostomy (insert a trach tube into an opening in the neck) and remove the breathing tube from his mouth. This would be safer for his larnyx and vocal cords, not to mention it will be much more comfortable when he wakes. However, to do this would require Matthew to lay flat for about an hour, something the doctors have not felt he could withstand up to this point. Since he is doing so much better, he should be getting close to the point of being able to handle this without any problem. Thursday, May 1st Not much has changed with Matthew's condition, he's still doing well. Last night they removed the ICP monitoring device from his head. They plan to put in the trach tomorrow. 3PM The doctors told us they are going to do the trach tube and move the feeding tube to his abdomen tomorrow afternoon. 5PM Matthew's fever came up this afternoon and he started having some respiration problems. They are doing another bronchoscopy to clear out his lungs and airways. At this point they still plan to do the trach and feeding tube procedures tomorrow.
Friday, May 2nd
They have just completed the surgery to insert the trach tube and the feeding tube in Matthew's abdomen. Everything is fine and the family should be able to go see him soon. This should make it much easier on Matthew to breathe and will be much more comfortable for him as he recovers.
Sunday, May 4th
Matthew has continued to improve each day, he looks so much better now that the breathing tube and feeding tube are out of his mouth. He's breathing almost entirely on his own now with little help from the respirator. It could be a while before he wakes up, or he could wake up tonight. If anything changes, I'll post again.
Wednesday, May 7th
Not much has changed since Sunday. Matthew continues to do well and responds a little more every day. He's had some issues with congestion and respiration, but nothing major. As of this evening he's breathing fine again and his oxygen levels are good.
Thursday, May 8th
They are doing an MRI today of Matthew's brain. We are still waiting for results and will post an update as soon as we have them. Matthew is breathing on his own although is still on the respirator just in case he needs assistance. They plan to wean him off the respirator completely in the next few days.
6PM According to the preliminary analysis of the MRI by the Neuro-sugeon, it showed that the blood clots were resolving and there was no additional bleeding. There is some scarring where the blood clots were, which could cause some seizures but is not a major concern at this time. They could not determine the extent of the damage to Matthew's brain from the MRI. They will not be able to fully assess the effects of the damage until Matthew's brain completes the healing process, which could be a very long and slow process. The radiologist will read the MRI tomorrow and give their analysis.
Saturday, May 10th
Today the neurologist explained that based on their analysis of the MRI, and all of Matthew's case, they feel the severity of his brain injury is such that he will not recover much beyond his present state. They mentioned to Kimberly that there were signs of damage in the brain stem area, which was their biggest fear. However this was not mentioned in their official report, only that the injuries were severe and there was nothing more they could do for him. Therefore, the neurologists have signed off on his case and he is now completely under the care of the Trauma Unit. We expect to have several more meetings this week to determine the next steps for Matthew, as well as the possibility of moving him to a long term care center where he can begin therapy.
While this is obviously not the news any of us wanted to hear, the family is standing firm in our faith and still believe that God can fully restore Matthew. We were told the day of his accident, almost 4 weeks ago, that it wasn't likely Matthew would make it at all - yet he's still with us today and is showing signs every day that he is fighting and making progress. We'll continue to pray and seek the best medical advice possible and we ask that all of you continue to pray for Matthew on a daily basis.
Tuesday, May 13th
Matthew continues to show positive signs each day and is able to respond to some verbal commands. Today they have taken him off the respirator for the first time. He's been on Oxygen only for over 2 hours and is doing just fine with his breathing. If he struggles with his breathing, they'll put him back on it for a while to let him rest and continue this process until he no longer requires the resipirator. They are currently doing a spinal tap to check for meningitis. It will be 24 to 48 hours before we know the results.
Thursday, May 15th
The spinal tap did not grow anything but did suggest there was an infection. Since the antibiotics they have him on are working, they are going to leave him on it.
Yesterday, they left Matthew off of the respirator all day until about 10PM when they put him back on to make sure he got a good nights rest. They took him back off today around 12:30PM and will likely leave him off until sometime tonight. He's doing well with his breathing.
This morning, Kimberly and Shawna visited a facility here in Oklahoma City called Select Specialty Hospital (see http://www.selectmedicalcorp.com/hospitals/oklahomacity.htm for more details). This facility was highly recommended by OU Medical Center, as they specialize in rehab for patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries. It will likely be early next week before he is transferred.
Monday, May 19th
Matthew has been completely off the respirator since Friday. They've reduced the trach hole down to a size 6 and will eventually close it completely, perhaps with an oxygen mask if needed. He will be transferred tomorrow afternoon from OU Medical to Select Specialty Hospital.
Tuesday, May 20th
Matthew was transferred today to Select Specialty Hospital here in OKC. The move went fine. Matthew has been struggling a bit with his breathing and fighting a fever, so late in the evening they put him back on the respirator.
Monday, May 26th
Not a lot of changes, Matthew continues to fight an infection and some respiratory issues. All in all though, he's doing well and is being well cared for.
Tuesday, June 3rd
I know its been a while since I've updated, but there hasn't been a lot of changes. Matthew has continued to battle a series of issues with blood pressure, heart rate, and fever. Nothing life threatening but enough to keep the doctors busy trying to keep things under control and isolate any possible infections. He's still on the respirator but the doctors have indicated they hope to wean him off of it soon. They plan to do a CT Scan tomorrow and try to determine if injury to brain might be the cause for the unstable body temperate, rather than an infection. Until they can get these things under control, he will remain in ICU and their focus will remain on stabilization rather than rehabilitation.
Tuesday, June 17th
Today is Matthew's 22nd Birthday!! He's had a really good week - they've taken him off the respirator completely and have started sitting him up in bed. He's doing really well and making little progressions each day. He can open his eyes all the way and will follow movement in the room, even turn his head. He's had some issues with his blood pressure but has responded well to medication. Kimberly just texted and informed me that they are moving him out of ICU to his own room!!
Thursday, June 26th
Matthew was moved today to Valir Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City. The move went fine and he will begin rehab sessions in the next couple of days after he settles in.
Saturday, June 28th
Matthew has been battling fever, so they did not start him on therapy sessions. He's also fighting an infection. Once they get him cleared up they can begin working with him more in therapy.
Wednesday, July 9th
Matthew has been doing really well the last couple of weeks. He has 3 therapy sessions a day during the week and 1 a day on weekends. He is trying to vocalize, following movement with his eyes, and making good progress each day. This week they have him sitting up in a chair some, which is a big step, and are using speaking valve to help him try to talk. They are giving him Baclofen to help relax his muscles and it,s made a big improvement. This afternoon they are going to lie him on a mat so they can really work on rotating his arms and legs.
Friday, July 11th
They got Matthew up in the wheelchair again today and took him downstairs to the gym, where they layed him on an exercise mat with his legs hanging down to help with the bending of his legs from the knee down. Matthew's tone (the stiffness in his legs) has relaxed so much in the two weeks we have been here.
Here are some pictures that were taken today of Matthew's first day on the mat.
Matthew lying on the mat stretching knees/legs.
Gale stretching neck muscles, Katy holding legs.
Gale stretching shoulders, Katy holding legs.
Gale stretching his arm and shoulder.
Katy and Gale stretching him every which way.
Totally relaxed after a hard workout
Aaahhh! That sun feels good and relaxing.
As you can see, it is very exhausting for him, but he handles it well.
Saturday, July 12th
This is Kimberly. I will be updating the blog now and starting Monday, July 14th, There will be a new post starting Matthew's Rehabilitation Journey Week 14 on.
Here is a little of what's been going on since we have arrived at Valir Rehabilitation Hospital. After arriving here, the doctor diagnosed Matthew with "Sympathetic Storming". All the problems Matthew was having with high blood pressure, high respiratory rate, pupils dilating, high heart rate, posturing, increase in muscle tone, extreme sweating and temperature (besides the times he had infection) were due to this exaggerated stress response, known as Sympathetic Storming. This occurs in 15-33% of patients with severe traumatic brain injury who are comatose. It is thought to be a stage of recovery from severe traumatic brain injury. The Baclofen (which was started to help with the spasticity of his muscles), is also a treatment for this, so Matthew has had a much better time since we've been at Valir. Sympathetic Storming is a condition that usually occurs after backing the patient off of the sedatives and narcotics in the ICU. The good news, we finally had a name for what he was experiencing and it is thought to be a stage of recovery. Thank God.
Matthew has been having 2 sessions a day of speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Starting on Monday, his 2 a day occupational and physical therapy (which for now are combined) will involve the mat. They put him on the mat so that they can get more stretch, of more muscles, it is also easier for them to maneuver him into those positions, rather than in a bed.
Matthew has a speaking valve now. The speaking valve fits over his trach cannula and prevents any air from going in or out of the trach, so that he can move the air through his mouth and nose only. The first time he had it put on, he did awesome. They say it can cause distress and some people can only handle it for a short while and have to adjust. Matthew had no problems at all and had it on for 30 minutes his first time. He has said Mom a few times with a raspy voice. He usually only calls my name when Katy and Gale have walked away from him and I really think he wants me to make them quit. LOL! He is finding his voice box, but they say it will take time to learn to push it out. He has to learn how to talk again, and how to voice the words he wants to say. He does move his mouth mouthing words and some that he has mouthed are stop, no, and what.
Ok, I will continue from here on, with daily or as close as I can get to daily posts to keep everyone updated.
Again, I thank everyone for all your thoughts and prayers, without them this journey would have been much harder.
Sunday, July 13th
Today was a light day, as Matthew had only 1 therapy session today. He did get up in the wheelchair and we went outside a couple of times. He said Mom a few times today. He still sounds like "Froggy" but it is a wonderful sound.

It's been a while since I was able to send you a comment, but I have never stopped praying. I'm so glad to hear that Matthew is improving. I know that God is not even close to being through with Matthew's life.
Tonight in our Youth Meeting we talked about how close God is to us everyday and every where we are. Just like peter in the boat walking on the water toward Jesus, put his eyes on the storm for a second and lost sight of why he was there. But Jesus was just an arm length away when he said Lord help me and Jesus picked him up. He's right there where you are. He's holding Matthews hand, helping him breathe. He's right there for you to trust in him, speaking Peace to your heart at this very moment.
Just remember to give God all the glory!
God Bless You, Stacy, Dee & KIDS
We are with you in thoughts and prayers daily & will be until we have Matthew back in good health again. So glad to hear of any improvement at all. Stay strong as God is working and will continue to do so. As he hears your voices, I believe he will keep responding.
God is healing him, one step at a time. The Dr's are doing their part and the family is there for him, as are his friends who can always continue to pray for him. STAY STRONG & FEEL GOD AT WORK TODAY!

A couple of weeks ago - our sermon could not have been more perfect for each of us that are praying for Matthew. (I tried to send this message a few days earlier - and it never appeared - so I'll try again).
The sermon text was found in Mark, Chapter 5. Jesus was sought out by a leader of the synagogue - a man that was frantic because his daughter was dying. He fell at the feet of Jesus and begged him repeatedly . . . my little girl is dying - please come and lay your hands on her so that she may be made well. We all have heard this story all our lives - but isn't it special how every time we study the Word - it brings us a new message and just exactly what we need at that time.
Jesus agreed and began to follow the distraught father.
There was a woman in the same crowd that had lived with an unusual issue of blood for 12 years. She had gone from physician to physician and had spent all she had to spend and still was not healed. She had heard about Jesus and worked her way through the crowd to got close enough to Him to touch His robe - and immediately the issue of blood stopped and she felt in her body that she was healed. At that same time, Jesus felt someone touch his robe and instantly Jesus was aware that power had gone forth from Him. When He inquired who it might have been - the woman came forward, knowing that she had just been healed and she fell down before Him. He said to her - daugher, go in peace, and be healed. Your faith has made you well. While He was still speaking - someone came from the man's house - and said - "your daughter is dead - why trouble the teacher any further."
Can you imagine how the child's father must have felt - I sought you out and you waited too late!
WHAT DID JESUS SAY - DO NOT FEAR - ONLY BELIEVE! When they arrived at the man's home - Jesus went in to the little girl - and took her by the hand and said - little girl - get up - and immediately the little girl got up and walked!
Then he turned to her mother - and said - feed this girl!
Jesus is never too late - never too early - and never too busy to answer our prayers of faith. We have to wonder - how many lives were changed because He
took the time to heal the woman of faith ~ on His way to give new life to the daugher of a man also of faith.
I pray with you - that in HIS perfect timing He will take Matthew by the hand - and say - "Matthew - get up and walk" ...and I pray that souls will be saved as a result of the witness of Matthew's faithful family and freinds. God's delays are always for a purpose.
In His love, Carolyn Hirby

Once again, Praise God!! Keep pushing forward, prayers are being answered like crazy, the Lord is so mightly awesome! You guys are in our prayers and thoughts daily. God Bless you and keep you strong thru this time. Amen

Great to hear that Matthew is doing better. I check here several times a day to see how things are going...If you need anything just ask I'm here.
Well, once again thank you for the updates on the blog...its very helpful to know whats really going on by just reading and not by word of mouth of the others. I hear so many things, but dunno whats goin on...haven't been able to get on the blog lately thou until today. Sounds like Matthew has made a BIG improvement and is doin really well...makes me so happy to hear the news. I think of how he is doing all the time...each and every day. Marlisha and Kimberly ya'll guys hang in there God is still with the family and Matthew, and hasn't forgotten about him or about everyones prayers. In the end all will be well. Ya'll don't give up hope...and take care.
Matthew, you hang in there darlin, everything is going to be ok. You have so many people praying for you, and alot of people that love you very much.
Patton, & Kimberly, I know this has had to be so very hard for you 2. You are also in our prayers. Hang in there, keep God so very close, everything is going to be ok. I love you all. My prayers are with you all. Aunt Judy
I just want the family to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers daily. He is in the most wonderful care, and God will see to it that Matthew is taken good care of. Keep pressing and know that God is still in control, even when you don't think He is. I know how tuff it is on a family that sits day and night for answers and just some kind of improvement. It seems like forever, but everything is going to be okay. Love and prayers too everyone.
Apparently, the neurologists have done all they can do for Matthew, and they do not see signs of improvement beyond his present state, due to the brain injury that he sustained. It is now up to God and Matthew, and our vigilant prayers to provide us with the miracle that we so desperately need. Those of us who have been with Matthew have not given up, because we have felt and seen Matthew alive in his body, struggling to get out. He has given us signs that he is still there, from the definite 3 blinks of the eyes that Alichia and I saw, when she asked for one more blink, to the squeeze of the hand that Kimberly and the therapist have felt on voice demand. Others who have been with Matthew have seen signs that he is still there, struggling to return. Without doubt, the most painful day of my 65 years, was when we lost Madison, and can not imagine the pain that Mike and Vonda felt. I would have gladly given my life that she might live, and I am sure many others would have also. We know that she is with God and have plans to see her again. Likewise, there are many of us who would ask God to take us and spare Matthew, so that he might awaken and heal and lead a quality life with God in his heart. Hundreds of people have been praying for Matthew. Those prayers and God have brought him this far, and indeed that is a miracle in itself considering the injury. It may require thousands of prayers to complete the miracle that will enable Matthew to heal and awaken. Vaughn said, Come on Matthew, it is time to get up and go home!
We are all praying for you. God is going to help Matthew.
God is still in the miracle business. He's never made a mistake, he's got the reigns in his hand, and he's still running on time.
This is only another part of this journey Kimberly, that child is going to rise up, I believe with all my heart. Only our Father God knows what, why and how, but he is going to rise up, and I know that he is going to come back a soilder for Christ, like none of us have seen.He is building his testimony and oh my what lives it is going to touch. I know your news was so very disapointing, but its only a set back that satan orchastrated to try to knock down all the faith everyone has been building over seeing Matthew still alive when he could have been gone. Satan is so threatened in this he is trying to discourge and distract. He is a LIAR, and he is DEFEATED by the Blood of Jesus! Stand firm, keeping your faith right out in front of you and just trust in your heart that God has this and He is a wonderful God, one full of Grace and Mercy. Today is Mothers Day, and I heard a little lady say something that I know that I know is true, "God honors a mothers prayer"! A momas prayer is powerful, so stand and keep pressing forward with Matthew, hes trying to do his part it sounds like. God Bless him, and God Bless you and al your family. Happy Mothers Day, and it is, Matthews still with you! Praise God.
Were praying daily,

Hello again,
I keep praying for Matthew as well as all his loving family. I know this must be so hard to deal with. I could tell by your posts, Jeffrey, that you were so positive and grasping at all hopes of recovery for Matthew. No one wants to believe that he will not awaken to be the Matthew that you all know and love. My heart just breaks for Kimberly as well as the rest of the family to hear this latest news. I've been this route before with Darren's best friend, Darin Gray and I was hoping against hope that Matthew would not get this diagnosis. Our God is a miracle worker and the Great Physician and if it is His will that Matthew come back, then nothing can prevent that. I will continue to pray and ask for prayer at my church.
Lenda
Prayer is powerful! Let's all continue to earnestly pray for Matthew, Kimberly and this entire precious family. They are tired and weary but we can be their voice. Everyone who reads this blog, let's continue to believe and to pray for a miracle!
Becky
In the movie facing the giants, the elderly man who prayed for the school told the coach a story about two farmers, both praying for rain, one farmer prayed and did nothing the other farmer prayed and went to prepare his field. He asked the question which farmer are you? We are going to pray for Matthew and prepare our field for God to preform a miracle.

p.s. Hi Lexie, you're such a cutie pie!!
I know that I can't say anything that will make this any easier on you all but I just want you to know that I am thinking about all of you and keeping you in my prayers. Patton, Charlotte, Waylon, Lynn and especially Matthew, I wish the best and I love you all. Love Dana
We continue to pray for Matthew's recovery, one step at a time. We continue to pray for his move to the new facility and the care he will be given there. May the family NEVER give up, as our prayers will NEVER let up. He is young and strong and has come so far already. One little step at a time is all that can be expected and he is doing that each day. God Bless Matthew and God Bless his precious family that has stood by, so lovingly with him.
Kimberly,
Just wanted you to know that Matthew, you, and your family are in my thoughts and prayers daily.
I know the news you recieved about Matthew was discouraging, but don't give up hope. God's ways are not our ways, and His timing is certaintly not our timing. God has a purpose in all this.He doesn't do things randomly and nothing takes Him by suprise. I know you can't see God's purpses now, but
keep trusting in Him and hold tightly to your faith. He will see you through. Don't just seek the healing, seek the"Healer". Things might seem impossible right now, but when you call on the name of Jesus, all things are possible!! Here is a favorite verse of mine that I cling to when things seem impossible:
Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
Jeremiah 32:26
Never forget how much God loves you,
Love and prayers,

We at Fresh Beginnings Church, Finley, OK. are praying for Matthew and his family daily. We believe in miracles--we sing a song that says, "Don't give up your on the brink of a miracle, don't give up for the Lord is on your side."
Just want you to know that we care,
Pastors: Sonny & Joyce Luman
We hope everything is going well at the new hospital. Take care everyone. If you need anything let us know. We are still praying for you all.

The power of prayer should not be underestimated. James 5:16-18 declares, "…The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops." God most definitely listens to prayers, answers prayers, and moves in response to prayers.
Matthew and Family-
never give up, don't stop praying and believing in the miracles that God has in store for you. We are so hopeful and keep Matthew and your family in our daily prayers. We are not giving up, and Matthew has not given up. And our Heavenly Father keeps Matthew safe, cradled in his loving arms as the healing progresses.
Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
We will continue to monitor his progress, with love and prayers always.
If you ever need anything we are here.
Kimberly, Me and Courtney want you to know that there isn't a day that passes that you and Matthew isn't in our hearts and prayers. We haven't given up and want give up. She and I are in this with you till Matthew "walks" out of that place!! I know that there are so many, many prayers that are going up every minute for you guys, and to me that is security in knowing that its all gonna be ok. Court wants so bad to come up and see you and Matthew, please know that she would in a heart beat if it were possible, I would bring her I promise. Since we can't we bind together in double team prayer and I just trust God and His will to be done in this. Kimberly, you take care of yourself, rest as you need to, eat right, I know as a mom we tend to forget ourselves and live for our babies, but you need that strength to be able to be there for your son. Please touch Matthew and tell him that Court is talking to God everyday for him and her heart just breaks for him. He has always had a place in her heart that can never be replaced. We love you guys, we haven't forgotten you and want!
Tonya

Dear Family of Matthew,
We asked for a miracle today at church. "Fresh Beginnings" for Matthew.
We believe that whatever God has in store for him is apparent and it may not happen today or tomorrow, but in God's time.
We will not waver in our faith, but continue to believe that a miracle is in the works.
We pray for his health and healing and yours as well. Matthew is truly blessed to have you by his side. We pray for many things, but understand that is entirely upon our Lord.
May God continue to bless you in your trials.
The prayers continue......
I wanted to write and tell you that people are still praying for Matthew and the entire family and we will continue to do so. God is great and is in control. It is his timing, not ours. What we can't control, we must commit. May you get peace and comfort knowing that God, the great healer, is still at work in lives. I Peter 5:7 says to "Give your worries to Him, for He cares for you." Don't get physically down yourselves from worry, give it to God and let him do the rest. Take good care of yourselves because Matthew needs his family to be rested and strong for him right now. Love, Thoughts and Prayers are daily with you all.
Becky
Happy Birthday Matthew!!! We hope you continue to do good on your progressions. We miss you!

I was so happy to hear that he is opening his eyes and moving his head. I was so excited to hear that. I just know God is working! I havnt seen Matthew in years but now I think of him everyday. I am praying for him everyday. No matter what anyone might say, I would be willing to bet that Matthew hears and sees you all, and I know he will come out of this.

Hey everyone,
I have been away from a computer since Matthew's birthday, I have been staying with him constantly. I am going to try to learn how to keep the blog updated, since Jeffery is sooo busy.
I thank each and everyone of you for keeping the faith and watching the blog. I will try to keep it updated daily, at least a few times a week. I'll upload some pictures too so that ya'll can see him doing rehab.
Matthew has truly blessed me for the last 22 years, but he has impressed me so much in the last few weeks with his will to get better. I've had some really mean looks when he doesn't like what I'm doing, especially when I "pop" his pimples. LOL He also growls his disapproval with his speaking valve now.
Watching his daily rehab brings me joy and pain, I jump for joy when he does something new, but when he looks at me with those big blue eyes seemingly asking "why are you letting them do this to me Mom?" brings pain to my heart, but I know he has to go thru it to get better.
I got to push him in the wheelchair outside for the first time yesterday. I was smiling ear to ear. This place has been a "God Send". The people are wonderful, the doctor knows what she is doing, and they actually care about Matthew, as one nurse calls him "my baby".
Well, it is hard to catch up, but I will try to keep the blog updated, as soon as I learn how that is. LOL
Thanks again, for all the support. I'll be back soon.
Hi again! Matthew looks so good, I will be honest it was hard to imagine him pulling out of this at all, but after seeing the pictures, I have absolute faith that he will be back to the Matthew we all know before long. I can't wait to tell Jacobi that I have seen pictures and Matthew looks great, he will be thrilled. The blog is wonderful, but don't stress yourself over it...lol! Continue to be mom 1st. And although we would all love to have a daily update, a few times a week is great as well. Thanks again for the pictures they really do inspire. We will keep praying. And I don't blame him for grumbling over the zit popping......lol!!
Take care and God bless
